Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days after dispatch. During sales and campaigns delivery may take slightly longer.

• PostNord letter delivery
• PostNord MyPack Collect (pick-up at agent)
• Home delivery (selected areas)

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping over a stated amount specified on the website.

Track your order

When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your delivery via track order.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels that are not collected are returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 599 for return shipping and handling of uncollected parcels.

Damaged or lost shipments

Contact us within a reasonable time if your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, and we will resolve it together with the carrier.
