Right of Withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you, as a consumer, have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you received the item.

How to withdraw your purchase

• Notify us within 14 days at hej@nailea.se
• State your order number and which products the withdrawal concerns
• Return the item within 14 days after notifying us

Condition of the item

The item must be in essentially unchanged condition and in its original packaging. You have the right to examine the item in the same way as in a physical store. A reduction in value from use beyond this may be deducted from the refund.

Refund

We refund the purchase price and the original shipping cost (standard shipping) within 14 days from when we received the item or proof of return. Refunds are made via the same payment method as the purchase.

Return cost

You pay the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal

• Sealed hygiene or beauty products where the seal has been broken
• Products made to your specifications or personally customised

Standard withdrawal form

You may use the standard form from the Swedish Consumer Agency, but it is not required. A clear message by email is sufficient.
